Homeowner rebates on the horizen? Could it be?

The Home Owner Managing Energy Savings (HOMES) Act is a bipartisan legislation to provide incentives for homeowners who perform energy retrofits. It is slated to be presented to the House in the upcoming weeks. This bipartisan bill means that homeowners making energy efficiency improvements to their homes could get from $2000 to $8000 in federal rebate monies!
